Our space is designed for children 6 months to 6 years old.

Reservations are strongly encouraged to guarantee your spot - especially on rainy days or school breaks.
Walk-ins are always welcome if space allows, but please note if we’re at full capacity, you may be asked to wait until space opens up before entering the play area. Booking ahead ensures your playtime is reserved and ready when you arrive!

Open Play admission is $18 for the first child and includes one free adult.
Additional adults are $5 each and siblings under 6 months are free with a paid sibling.We also offer a sibling discount — additional siblings are $14 each.
Use code SIBLING at checkout for one additional child, or SIBLING2 for two additional children.
(Discount codes apply only to multiple children from the same family.) -
Each Open Play session includes 2 hours of playtime, which must be used in one visit.
If we’re not at full capacity, you’re welcome to stay and play a bit longer. During busier days, we kindly ask guests to respect the 2-hour limit so everyone has a chance to enjoy the space.

Yes! Grippy socks are required for kids and regular socks for adults. We have them available for purchase at the front desk.

Yes, we have on-site parking available. Overflow parking is located across the street at St. Patrick’s Church.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring snacks or drinks to enjoy at our designated tables.
We just ask that all food stay out of the play space, and please note that we are a nut-free facility to keep all our little guests safe.

If your child’s not feeling 100%, we’re happy to reschedule your visit for another time when they’re ready to play and explore.

Party FAQs

We’re happy to let you bring your own food and drinks to the party! To keep things simple and safe for everyone, we ask that outside food be easy to serve — like pizza, sandwiches, fruit, or snacks. Please no large catered trays or hot buffets. Additional pizzas can be ordered through us as an add-on. *Please note that our staff are not certified to serve or handle food items.

Set-up is not required, as our team handles everything included in your package. However, if you’d like to bring additional décor, you’re welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before your event.

Nope! Our staff takes care of all clean-up so you can relax and enjoy the party.

Events at The Play Loft are limited to 35 total guests, including the 12 children.
